This layout is ideal for training exercises and seminars and has a less formal appearance which is very popular with speakers and visitors alike. This layout can accommodate up to 64 people spread over 8 workstation areas.

The classic Boardroom layout provides a great setting for that all important Director's meeting or group discussion, with the provision of the speakers podium and projector at one end it also allows for small and intimate presentations for smaller working groups. The boardroom layout can accommodate from 6 to 20 delegates around a boardroom table tailored to the number in your group.

Set out in a formal classroom style, tables accommodating 2 people per desk face the front making this the perfect set up for exams, in depth seminars and lectures where it is important that all participants have a clear view of the speaker and projector screen with ample room to take notes and be seen clearly. Arranged in a row system this layout can accommodate from 14 to 42 candidates dependent on the number of desks per row.

A variation on the Boardroom layout the U-shaped set up allows delegates to see presentations and speakers clearly and without obstruction. Alternatively it also provides a more formal seating area at one end which allows meetings to be either chaired or headed by any individual or small group of individuals. A very popular set up for more formal meetings where the provision of a chairperson and secretary for the meeting are essential.

Set out in the classic theatre style, The Houldsworth Suite can accommodate an audience of up to 120 people seated. Ideal for large meetings, seminars and demonstrations facing the speakers podium and projector screen for maximum impact. The Cotton suite offers an ideal overspill area for either the availability of refreshments, networking or as an additional marketing area.
